You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European Union consumer law.

Return conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
